Terms & Conditions – ELVIK

By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Products

• Actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting/screen settings.
• Each T-shirt is individually printed, so minor print/size variations can occur.

2. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are in INR and may change anytime.
• Payments can be made through available prepaid or COD options.

3. Order Processing & Delivery

• Orders are processed in 2 days and delivered in 4-7 business days.
• Delays may occur due to logistics or external factors.

4. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once shipped, cancellation isn’t possible.

5. Returns & Replacements

• Replacement is available for wrong, damaged, or defective products only.
• Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Products must be unused and in original condition.
• No refunds/returns for size issues or minor color variations.

6. COD Orders

• COD availability depends on your PIN code.
• Fake or invalid COD orders may be cancelled.

7. Intellectual Property

• All designs, logos, and content belong to ELVIK and cannot be copied or reused.

8. Privacy

• Your information is used only for order processing and not shared with third parties.

9. Liability

• We are not responsible for courier delays or damage caused by improper washing/handling.
